ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not processed over the weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days over the holidays.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped and if there are any unexpected issues with your order.

We aim for you to receive your order within
5-7 business after processing.

Please allow for a few additional days in transit for delivery if you are outside the UK.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow time after this for processing.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped after 2-3 business days of placing your order. The shipping notification email will contain your tracking information. Please allow for up to 24hrs for it to become active.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you love your brushes, bowls and platters! But if for any reason you are not happy with your items you have up to 14 days to return them in their original packaging, unused for a full refund or an exchange.
Please note open and used makeup brushes and sponges cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

As a small business we cannot afford to cover the return postage if you change your mind unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.

If this happens please email us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a description of the damage so we can resolve it quickly and come to a solution that is satisfactory.
